I have had the pleasure of using the Perth Air team over many years. So reliable, thorough, polite, clean and skilled are they that I choose only to use them for all of our air conditioning purchases and servicing.Today a technician arrived to service a split in a recently renovated unit. As always, I received excellent, prompt and thorough work from a very friendly and clean technician. The rudest person I have ever spoken to. I asked if he/someone from the company was available to repair a broken air conditioner today (Christmas Eve), while I half expected him to say they are unavailable or schedule a date after Christmas, the response was I only look after my own clients".Don't bother contacting this company

They are not interested in new clients. They are only interested in servicing schools aka big clients. I called them but no one called back to schedule a time. In fact, they are not keen at all. They also don't respond to queries on their contact us page. Save yourself the grief and heartache. instead pass the word around that they are stuck-up.

The chap that came out to me spent under half an hour define what the problem was with my air-conditioner . two lizards had shorted out the the PCB board. it took 90 days for the invoice to get to me. And he charged me $60 for a quote of a part required which he didn’t explain to me in the experience. And to make the matter worse I never received the quote?The callout fee was ridiculous for what he did. Very disappointing. Quite rightly I’ve refused to pay!
