Unfortunately, car broke down and arranged for the car to be looked at over a week and a half in advance at this service centre. I booked a tow truck and then get told less than day out from the service (after I called them with the tow truck arrangements) that they are supper busy and might not even be able to have time to look at nor be able to fix it if something was wrong. My family have been going here since 2016 and won’t be returning.

Unprofessional attitude he lost money at somewhere and blaming it to us. You should remember you are getting job only because we are running the business.Not worth for one star too.

We found ourselves in a tough situation in the lead up to Christmas. The company our property manager contracted to replace the broken air-conditioner in our unit hadn’t contacted us for several weeks and, with a newborn at home, we were struggling to get through one of the hottest December weeks in recent years.I called Cool Breeze on Boxing Day and, despite the office being unattended, left a message and received a call back from David within the hour. He put together the paper work and invited me over to his family home on a public holiday to collect one of two remaining units that had been returned to him the same morning. David had even set the air conditioners up in his garage as a demonstration which made choosing the right one a breeze. The CW4400 he recommended is very effective and has made it possible to go back to living in our living room again.David truly went above and beyond for us and we are incredibly grateful to him and Cool Breeze Rentals for accommodating us at such an inconvenient time.If, like me, you miss being able to deal with professionals who care about their customers and take pride in their work then this is the place to go.

I had my car serviced and even though it had a small issue and got stuck, kelmscott had my car picked up as soon as they opened for the next business day and fixed everything better than it was. Awesome customer service. Also refused to charge me for the cost of moving my car or the repair. Will definitely come back. Thank you.
