Call a air-conditioning technician to find issue with heating mode but without test anything start pushing me to get new unit. Ripping off. Don't call them any more.

Needed a new evap air-conditioner. They came out and did a thorough inspect. Other companies came out, gave it a quick look and then quoted. Installation was quick and they explained all the features. Definitely would recommend.

So happy with the service from technician Damian and the office service team. When your air-con breaks down just before Christmas, everyone is going to work parties and on holidays, temperatures are in the high 30s and it is very difficult to get anyone to fix it. Quality Air Conditioning were amazing. They came and fixed it for us the next day, while other companies told us we would have to wait weeks. Prompt and cheerful service from Damian. Could not be happier!!!

Really happy with our new air con system. Great advice, service and price. The guys did a great job installing the new system and ripping out the ancient one we had. Highly recommended!!Edit 29/12/21.Just had to update my review, just had 4 days of above 40c and the air con has not missed a beat. Kept the house at 24c during the hottest part of the days. Being able to set the temperature is a game changer too. So glad I got this done over winter!!
